Our lives were turned upside down with the pandemic and our lives have shifted in so many ways.

I believe that the tremendous amount of uncertainty has caused many of us to seek for certainty within ourselves and I sense that this is one of the best gifts this historic time is giving us: the opportunity to reach to the depths of our intrinsic wisdom, discover and remember what a wonder each one of us is and how resilient we are. I truly want to acknowledge how much we have endured and how graceful we have been in navigating this time. 

I know we are not perfect and we probably haven’t stopped to give ourselves some compassion for living through such times. I invite you to do so. Personally, my spiritual practice has become deeper and my commitment to my work so much stronger. Sharing emotional wellness has never been more exciting and important to me than now.

But what do we do now? How do we continue going on and cultivating this intimacy with our awareness? Well, we can start with some basics, if we do not have a mindful practice this would be a good day to start. 

I made this video with a few ideas of how to start meditating, and if you already do maybe its a good time to commit to deepen your practice and see what more you can uncover.
