Stress & Wellness Assessment Review + Transformation Roadmap Session
HeartMath Institute developed this assessment to help people more fully understand how specific aspects of stress, well-being and resilience affect the quality of their life.
This scientifically developed assessment has 72 questions and only requires about 15 minutes to complete.
It will be measuring physical, work, relationship, financial, emotional stress, the stress response as well as stress management, adaptability, resilience, emotional vitality and other stressors.
You will receive an email with this assessment and after you complete it I will be notified and we will go over the results in our session. In this hour and a half session we will be able to talk about the aspects of life where you would like to focus on improving and create a road map in order to transform those aspects of life.
